Mental Health
Mental health includes your emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how you think, feel, and act. It also impacts your capacity to handle stress, relate to others and make decisions. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from early years throughout childhood to adolescence to adulthood. Just as we each have physical health, we each have mental health. The difference is the historic stigma and perceptions of what mental health / illness is or isn’t. Fortunately this is slowly evolving, as more people open up and seek help. Science has proven that our psychological and physiological states are unified, if one state is impacted they both are. If you improve your mental wellness you improve physical health too. Win-Win!

AERIAL RELAXATION CRADLE
A MULTI-SENSORY EXPERIENCE
Feel nurtured whilst your entire body is securely cradled in an aerial yoga hammock. You will be guided into relaxation, receive healing energy and gently rocked to ambient music.
Rocking has a soothing effect on stress and anxiety. Studies have shown that “the sensory stimulation associated with a swinging motion exerts a synchronising action in the brain that reinforces endogenous sleep rhythms”. Combined with a REM sleep state your ‘stress bucket’ will begin to empty.
